Waitlist Sign-Up

Dr. Olmstead is currently waitlisting prospective patients from North Middlesex and surrounding communities. Placement on our waitlist does not, unfortunately, guarantee admission into the practice.

Should we be able to take patients off of our waitlist, we will do so based primarily on a first-come, first-serve basis, with small allowances for patients who do not currently have a primary care providers, patients with significant healthcare needs, and patients who have family members already in the practice.

We are collecting waitlist sign-ups by phone. Any interested patients should contact the office by phone at 519-294-6881 during normal business hours.
